I'm rae

I’ve devoted my entire career—seriously, since high school—to partnering with creatives. There's something electric about collaborating with folks who are as passionate about their craft as I am. Raedio Design was born from a desire to channel my expertise in UX and branding, my deep-seated love for arts and culture, and over eight years of experience wearing all the hats in marketing roles into a powerful resource for creative entrepreneurs like you. Together, we'll weave your essence into every pixel, ensuring your website attracts, engages, and converts, all while feeling uniquely and utterly “you.”

My Story

ICYMI, I’m Rae, or Rachel if you like to keep things formal. I’m the one hunched over her laptop in hyper-focus gremlin mode making sure that your website and brand are working harder for you than your #1 hype girl.

After spending years grinding it out in the corporate world, I wanted more autonomy and more opportunities to help people like you—artists, musicians, and creative entrepreneurs—break free from the grind too.

That’s why I started Raedio Design.

With a background in marketing for the music industry and performing arts, I’ve worn all the hats: copywriter, project manager, art director, web designer, and strategist. Now, I’m all about using my skills in User Experience Design and Branding to help first-time business owners like you amplify your talent with a brand that shines online.

This is about more than pushing pixels and crafting a vibe. It’s about building something together. I thrive on collaborating with my clients, bouncing ideas back and forth until we’ve created something that feels uniquely and utterly “you.”

Originally from the land of surf bros, California Burritos, and endless summer sunsets (San Diego), I now call Amsterdam home.

I geek out on all things culture: music, cinema, modern art, cuisine, travel... the list goes on. Working with artists and musicians—really creatives in general—has been a lifelong mission.

I’m here to help you build a brand and website that captures the true essence of what you do. Ready to get started?

my philosophy

DO IT SCARED!
I don’t care about failure, I care that I tried—and learned something along the way.

she's just like the other girls

I'm chemically addicted to The Little Treat, cafe culture, dinner parties, and the mirror selfie aesthetic.

family lore—true crime edition

I’m related to Doris Day & Terry Melcher, the intended victim in the Manson Murders.

Justice for the em dash

As a former copywriter—and adhd person with a plethora of tangential thoughts—I resent that the em dash has become a symbol of having used AI, rather than writing by yourself.

Rae's work was outstanding. Her designs were not only visually appealing but also incredibly user-friendly, especially given the many complicated operational processes we had. Rae's ability to translate complex concepts into a simple and intuitive interface, while keeping the diverse needs of our many stakeholders in mind, was truly remarkable. What truly set her apart was her talent for seamlessly integrating our brand identity into the interface. This ensured that our platform not only functioned well but also looked and felt uniquely "us." Rae's proactive approach, combined with her meticulous eye for detail and effective communication, made our collaboration feel effortless.
